Frequently Asked Questions

Payments & Bookings

  • How do I pay for my classes? All classes are prepaid. Once you have purchased your class or package through our website, you will be able to book your preferred slots directly in our agenda.

  • How long is my class credit valid? Your purchased classes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Please make sure to schedule and use them within this timeframe.

Scheduling & Availability

  • When are the classes held? Class times depend on our current availability. However, we are committed to your progress and guarantee that we will always help you find a suitable time slot that fits your schedule.

  • Can I book multiple classes at once? Yes! You can use your prepaid credits to book several spots in the agenda in advance to secure your preferred times.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Can I reschedule my class? Yes, you can reschedule your class free of charge as long as you do so more than 12 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • What happens if I cancel late? If a cancellation or reschedule request is made less than 12 hours before the class starts, the class will be charged in full. This ensures our teachers are fairly compensated for the time they have reserved for you.

  • ​IF you are sick or have another urgent reason, our teachers are so nice to reschedule within 12 hours, but please don't take advantage of it.

Important Extras 

  • No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for a scheduled class without prior notice, the session will be deducted from your credit.

  • Running Late: If you arrive late, the class will still end at the originally scheduled time to avoid impacting the next student.

  • Refunds: Please note that prepaid classes are non-refundable but can be transferred to a friend or family member upon request.​

Punctuality

  • Classes will start and end at the scheduled times. If a student arrives late, the class will not be extended beyond the original end time to avoid delays for subsequent students.

Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify these terms or our pricing at any time. Students will be notified of any major changes via the contact details provided at registration.

Place

  • Where are the classes held? All classes are conducted online via Google Meet. You don’t need to install any software; you can join directly through your web browser.

  • When will I receive my Google Meet link? Your unique meeting link is generated automatically upon booking. You will find it in your confirmation email and it will also be added to the calendar invite.

Time

  • What timezone are the class times shown in? The agenda automatically detects your location and shows the available slots in your local time. No need to calculate time differences—what you see is exactly when your class starts.

Materials

  • What materials do you use? We have made our own learning materials full of tips and tricks with an emphasis on learning playful, fast and practical.

  • Will the materials become available? Yes, after each class you will receive the materials of that class and homework if you desire that (recommended)
